Lehlogonolo obtained his Bachelor of Social Science from Rhodes University in 2012. He was subsequently conferred with a Bachelor of Social Science honours degree at Rhodes University in 2013. In the same year, he was appointed as a communications intern at the United Nations Population Fund South Africa (UNFPA). During his time as communications intern, he assisted in the development of the branding and communications strategies, and the generating of content for the UNFPA website and social media platforms.
In 2018, he commenced his articles of clerkship and the University of Pretoria conferred upon him a Bachelor of Laws degree. He then joined Malatji & Co Inc as a candidate attorney in July 2018. In the period since his articles began, Lehlogonolo has been exposed to training in public and administration law; commercial litigation, administration of deceased estates, employment law, competition law and criminal law.
Notably, Lehlogonolo was included in a team that executed an Anton Pillar order against Regiments Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the Transnet Second Defined Benefit Fund, in an action to recover R230 million.
