Lehlogonolo is a Senior Associate in the Public Law and Commercial Litigation Department. He has a Bachelor of Social Science (Rhodes University), Bachelor of Social Science Honours (Rhodes University), and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Pretoria.
Lehlogonolo has a keen interest in upskilling himself and has obtained various certificates, i.e. Certificate of Competence in Mining and Prospecting Law (Wits University), Certificate of Competence in Corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance (Wits University), Certificate of Competence in Company Law I (Wits University) and a Certificate of Competence in Company Law II (Wits University).
As a Candidate Attorney, Associate and Senior Associate attorney, Lehlogonolo has been involved in various ADR processes, including, but not limited to, proceedings in the Magistrates Court, High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Constitutional Court, Labour Court, the Electoral Court and the Council for Medical Schemes. The above is in addition to assisting clients in arbitration proceedings. Lehlogonolo also has experience in preparing legal opinions for clients.
