Molatelo completed his LLB from the University of South Africa in 2012. He commenced his articles of clerkship in 2016 and was admitted as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in 2019.
He has gained experience in a conveyancing and notarial practice department in a large commercial law firm in Pretoria where he assisted both private and public sector clients, including owners, landlords, investors, developers, as well as local, provincial and national government entities. He handled numerous matters relating to owning, leasing and selling land and commercial property, land development and construction.
Molatelo provides legal opinions on property law matters. He also drafts commercial property agreements, ante-nuptial contracts, wills and trust deeds. As a conveyancer, he attends to township developments and opening of township registers, registration of servitudes, bonds, notarial bonds and transfers.
