Neo is an alumna from the University of Pretoria where she graduated with an LLB Degree in 2020. Neo is currently an Associate in the Public Law and Commercial Litigation Department. Her experience cuts across various areas of practice including inter alia: Corporate and Commercial Law, Competition Law, Employment Law, Banking Law, Insolvency Law, Business Rescue, Restructuring, Insurance Law, Financial Advisory Services and regulatory compliance in general.

Neo has passion for upskilling herself.  She holds certificates in Advanced Drafting of Contracts and Opinion Writing which she obtained through short courses offered by the Law Society of South Africa.  In 2021, she obtained a SARIPA certificate in Insolvency Law through the University of Pretoria. Neo has recently obtained her Master of Laws (LLM) qualification specialising in Insolvency Law which she pursued through the University of Pretoria. Due to her passion for Insolvency Law, Neo constantly serves clients facing curatorship, liquidation, regulatory compliance issues and restructuring. These clients include insurance companies, financial services providers and banks. The services she offers in this regard include legal advisory work, reviewing and drafting of agreements as well as litigation.
