Sunelle Eloff graduated from the North-West University with a BCom in 1998 and an LLB in 2000. During her final year of law studies, she was an exchange student at the Catholic University of Leuven in Belgium. She gained her LLM degree from UNISA in 2007, specialising in Contract Law with an emphasis on insurance. She has a number of certificates and diplomas from the University of Pretoria, including Insolvency Practice; Companies Law; Consumer Protection Law and Pension Funds Law.
Sunelle specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a sharp focus on the regulatory environment in both the financial and medical scheme sectors. She has been consulted in cross-border litigation and international arbitration proceedings, and regularly advises a variety of corporate clients, including JSE-listed entities, multibillion-Rand corporations and public entities on compliance and liability issues.
